What is Memory Makers? 

Memory Makers provide luxury workshop experiences. Join us for a variety of seasonal workshops, focused on either cooking or crafting. You will learn new skills, in a supportive fun environment while making new memories with family, friends or colleagues. You can attend one of our pop up workshops in venues across Northern Ireland, or book Memory Makers for a private event.

Where do you deliver workshops?

Our workshops will be 'popping' up all over Northern Ireland to ensure everyone is able to join in our Memory Makers experiences. Keep an eye on our website and social media for a workshop near you. We can also deliver our workshops within your own venue and will work alongside you with any requirements we need. If your venue would love to host us, please do get in touch!

What about food hygiene?

Memory Makers have all food hygiene systems in place in line with the Food Standards Agency and our local Environmental Health team. Our team has attended a range of training in food hygiene, to ensure we handle food in the safest way. We are currently working with our local council to achieve our Food Hygiene Rating and this will be published soon. 

Do you cater for food allergies?

Yes we do! We will aim to make sure everyone is able to enjoy the refreshments served at our workshops. Please let us know of any food allergies at the time of booking so that we can cater for your dietary needs. You can also look at our Allergen Information for more specific details. Our team have completed the Food Standards Agency, 'Food Allergy and Intolerance Training' Course.

How can I pay for the workshops?

Payment will be taken at the time of booking a workshop to secure your place. You can make a payment via debit or credit card through our online booking system.

 

If you are making a private group booking, we ask that full payment is made no later than 10 working days before the date of your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that from time to time unexpected circumstances may result in you being unable to attend the workshop you have booked. We are able to transfer your booking to a different scheduled workshop event on one occasion. Alternatively if, you let us know at least 48 hours in advance we can provide you with a refund of 50% of the cost paid.

 

For private group bookings, if you need to reschedule a date please give at least 10 working days notice. If you do need to cancel, you must provide notice in writing at least 10 working days before the event is due to take place to receive a full refund. Failing that, notice in writing at least 7 working days notice a 50% refund will be provided.
